Before the visit, you will agree to simple etiquette rules. We will confirm the appointment one day in advance.

The cleaner arrives in civilian clothes, changes (or undresses), and gets to work. You read, work, or simply watch.

Prices are indicative and confirmed in advance: no surprises on site. Transport within Prague is included; outside Prague we charge 15 Kč/km. Payment by cash or bank transfer.

What to ask before placing your order
Is this genuine cleaning or just a show?
For genuine cleaning. The cleaner mops, vacuums, dusts, washes up, irons or folds laundry, whatever we agree on. Only the uniform differs. Most clients are surprised by how well their home is cleaned.
May I watch, or should I leave the room?
You can watch. That is why the service exists. You may read, work or chat with the cleaner while they are working. The only things you must not do are touch anything, take photos or behave disrespectfully.
Who will be visiting me? Can I choose?
When you place an order, we will send you profiles of currently available cleaners (without photos. We protect discretion on both sides). You make the choice.
Is it legal?
Yes. It is a cleaning service with a specific dress code. We are not escorts and do not provide any services beyond cleaning.
How is my anonymity protected?
Only we know your details; we do not pass them on to anyone and, once the order is processed, retain only what the law requires. Cleaners know only the first name and address of the visit. No records of the visit are created.
Do you also clean outside Prague?
Yes, by arrangement we travel throughout the Central Bohemian Region. We charge transport at 15 Kč/km from the borders of Prague.
