1. Enquiry, two sentences suffice

You do not need to explain anything or feel embarrassed about anything, your enquiry is a standard service order for us. We reply by email or SMS, usually within 24 hours. We do not call unless you ask us to.
2. Agreeing on details
We will clarify the scope of cleaning (what needs to be done), the duration of the visit, the wardrobe option and the date. We will send you profiles of currently available cleaners, without photos, as we protect discretion on both sides, for you to choose from. The price will be confirmed in writing in advance, with no surprises on site.
3. Etiquette Rules
Before the first visit, you will agree to simple rules. There are not many of them, and they exist to ensure the visit is pleasant for both parties:
- no physical contact, in any form,
- No photography, filming or recording allowed.
- No service proposals beyond cleaning. We are not escorts.
- The cleaner may terminate the visit immediately if rules are breached (and the deposit is forfeited).
Sounds strict? In practice, it works the opposite way: precisely because of clear boundaries, the atmosphere is relaxed. Both parties know exactly what they are dealing with.
4. The visit itself
The cleaner arrives in ordinary clothes, neighbours will not notice anything unusual. Inside, she changes or undresses and proceeds with the agreed scope of work: mopping, vacuuming, dusting, washing up, ironing. You can read, work, watch TV or chat.
